The objective is to start to create a shared vision about the adoption of user-driven services and products within a smart environment that see the users/citizens as their main stakeholders. The user-centricity will be the basis for adopting a shared approach: people living in a smart multimodal environment which maximizes the economies of scope and scale across its multiple infrastructure layers.
The target is to understand how to shift the user-centric paradigm in the engagement of citizens and users for fostering the innovation and research in the industrial sectors closer to the people.
Accordingly to the EU Agenda 2020, our target is to impact on conducting to smart industrial communities sector that need smart specialization and co-relation with industrial and IT&C clusters.
In the medium-to-long term the idea is to engage innovation partners early in the process of product or service development through the latest ICTs. This approach will be open to multiple subjects to be aligned with the progress of the user-driven creativity product/service and provide their feedback.
